The Green Alliance for Democracy (Russian: Зеленый Альянс за Демократию, Ukranian: Зелений Альянс за демократію) abbreviated as GAD, is a green politics focused party in Ellester.

The party was founded in 1987 after founder Jeffrey Kucherenko founded a sister party for the local Ellester province of the Green Party of Cascadia. The former name was Green Party of Ellester. The party was a green politics based party and on left social democracy. The party mostly focused on the Ellester province after the Cascadian civil war with Ellester. It had 7 seats in the provincial parliament of 1988. The name changed when Ellester became independent in 2023 under the new name the Green Alliance for Democracy

History

1987-1992

The party was founded in 1987 as a sister party of the Green Party in Cascadia but then local in the Ellester Province. The party mostly focused on problems of the province after the civil war like poverty and remaking. The party was founded by Jeffrey Kucherenko who was a member of the Green Party of Cascadia and saw the problems in the province. He wanted to fix the issues by coming in the provincial parliament of Ellester. The head of the Green Party of Ellester agreed with more sister parties like the older Green Party of Lennox.
