The El'novkian Communist Party (Russian: Ельновская Коммунистическая партия, Ukranian: Єльнівська комуністична партія) abbreviated as ECP, is a communist party in Ellester.

The party was founded in 1950 as the oldest still existing party in Ellester after the Soviet satellite state of P.S.R.E. was formed. The 3 founders, Alexej Kuzdrovsky, Vladimir Chernyshov and Victor Nikolaenko founded the party when the People's Soviet Republic of Ellester was founded. The party existed until Cascadia invaded Ellester and was then representing the ECP in the provincial parliament of Ellester. The party had 5 seats after the elections in the provincial parliament in 1982.

History

1950-1960

The party was founded in 1950 as the oldest still existing party in Ellester after the Soviet satellite state of P.S.R.E. was formed. The 3 founders, Alexej Kuzdrovsky, Vladimir Chernyshov and Victor Nikolaenko had conferences in the second world war to make the Republic of Ellester, also a former Russian colony, a Soviet satellite state. After the second world war, Ellester began to come in a economical crisis. The Soviets became to ally more to Ellester and eventually the Republic of Ellester became a satellite state under the name People's Soviet Republic of Ellester.
