Havasu is the parliamentary capital of Lucelia and the capital of the Internal Republic of Havana. The city is located in the middle of the State of Havana located in the southeastern till plains. It has a population of 528.675, which makes Havasu the largest city of Lucelia. Havasu is also the financial, cultural and technical centre of Lucelia. Havasu is known for the large shopping districts that spread out in large streets like the Cascadia Street and the Green Oak Ave. Havasu is also home to different ministries, the parliament, different tech-offices and the University of Havasu.
