The JulyFebruary 20252026 Lucite Parliamentary Election will bewas held on SaturdaySaturday, JulyFebruary 19,7, 20252026 to elect 100104 Senators to the Senate of Lucite. This is the firstsecond parliamentary election in Lucitian history to use the proportional representation system. The main partiesheld in the campaignLucitian areRepublic, established in 2025, and the rulingfirst Neoliberalto People'sinclude Actionrepresentation Frontfor (NPAF)The Capital.

The incumbent NPAF Majority Government led by MattDBPrime andMinister the_Travis was re-elected with a slim 53 seat majority. Notably, Old Guard partygained led11 byseats jmvvana.at the expense of smaller parties.

The Partito Democratico Battista (PDB) and Bloc Genèvenois (BG) were not returned to the Senate.

Electoral system

Elections to the Senate of Lucite use the proportional electoral system with seats in the Senate distributed according to population.

The electionSenate dateExpansion (Capital Representation) Act created two Senate seats for each contributing person in the Capital. At the time of Saturdaythe Julyelection 19,only 2025_Travis and MattDB had contributed to The Capital and thus four seats were added. The size of the Senate representing the regions remained at 100.

The Land Act changed the proportionality of the Senate by imposing new rules on the Apportionment Committee, a Special Committee of the Senate which decides the relative populations of each region and its representation in the Senate. Firstly, existing rewards for quality factors were increased from a maximum of 125% to 200%. Secondly, which buildings could be counted in the apportionment decision were restricted based on completeness.

As well as this, in its February 2026 decision the Apportionment Committee voted to apply a reward for regions whose average floor counts were beneath five to remove disincentives on building low-rise style constructions which was announceddeemed byas Primeunfair Ministerand _Travisin onviolation July 3. The Senate was dissolved on July 13, 2025 by President Cabal.

On July 7 Prime Minister _Travis madeof the shockrights announcementof that he would not seekregions to bedetermine re-electedtheir asown Prime Minister,culture and oncharacteristics.
