Around August the 16th, 2024, the two governors of the UR states of Havasu and Ellester, which had previously been sovereign states, discussed the future and both determined they should take full control of their respective states once more, and collectively declared independence soon after, forming the Federal Republic of Lucelia, effectively a state union between the Republics of Ellester and Havasu.
